In The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, one of the recommended exercises is to write a manifesto for yourself. Imagine yourself as the politician of your own inner world. You might be Cameron bringing in tight new spending cuts and a healthy new eating plan. You might like to be a little more Liberal because you feel you need to stop worrying and relax and enjoy yourself more...whatever works for you.
Draft some ideas down and then put it together as a pertinent, concise manifesto of how you want to live your life right now. This can be revised over and over; our priorities change all the time, and that's because we're always growing and changing.

You may want to put it all into the present tense because this can be more powerful - it's no longer aspirational language for the future but a reflection of what your life is now - so by saying it is, it is...
I meditate daily when I awake
Sundays are for pleasure
I'm enjoying my payrise/new job
I connect with loved ones during quality family time each week...
Enjoy writing your manifesto; be the politician of your inner world; you are the architect of your own life. What an awesome thought.

I've written mine!
