I'm always on the look out for lip-smackingly gorgeous treats which don't contain added sugar, transfats, glucose and the like. I discovered nakd at the weekend and devoured my bar with delight. Now although the ingredients didn't indicate any gluten in the bar I chose (dates, cashews and raisins in the main - all raw) I notice the website says wheat free rather than gluten free on most of the products, so please be careful if you're coeliac just in case. Definitely worth a try! Tell me if you've discovered yummy healthy snack bars lately. I don't go to big supermarkets so I miss out on the breaking news in raw snack bar land!
